CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

This ministry of our church provides Sunday morning Christian Education for all ages.

NURSERY GUILD

WORLD MISSIONS COMMITTEE

The people involved in this ministry undertake various ministries for companions in third-world countries.

This organization is a local benevolent ministry providing clothing and other assistance to those in need.

LAY READERS

These people serve as readers of the appointed lessons in Mass.

LAY EUCHARIST MINISTERS

These are the persons who serve the chalice at Communion.

USHERS/GREETERS/OBLATIONERS

This body of volunteers greets people as they enter Mass. They also bring the elements and offerings to the altar.

MUSIC MINISTRY

John contributes wonderfully to our Sunday music ministry.

ALTAR GUILD

Altar Guild Directress: Judy Green-Redier

This group of dedicated ladies oversees the setting of the altar and the care of all the vessels, linens and other accoutrements.

FLORAL GUILD

This group of ladies prepares our altar flowers every Sunday and on special occasions.

VESTRY

The vestry is a group of parish leaders with the task of overseeing the upkeep of the physical plant of the church and all its fiscal matters. While this is a large undertaking, done on behalf of the whole church, the vestry is also available to the rector to assist him in decisions regarding the life and ministry of the parish. Many members of the vestry take on added ministries in the parish.

Members of the vestry are elected for three-year terms. Every year at the Annual Parish Meeting in January three new members are elected to replace those whose terms have been completed.
